A. Yoga for well-being

Improve your overall well-being, with gentle stretching, breath control, and meditation.

Thursday 9.30 am



B. Meditation

The benefits of meditation have been scientifically proven, during our course you will learn how to access deep levels of relaxation to aid sleep, relieve anxiety, lessen stress and create feelings of well-being.

Commencing Wednesday 13th September 6.00pm
