Tina Brewer was born in Dunwich a small hamlet located in the county of Suffolk.  Situated off the east coast of England.

Including “Tai Chi” “Qi Gong” and Yoga.  Not only in the south of France but back home in the UK. For as long as Tina can remember she has had a passion to teach and help other like-minded people to  enhance their spiritual gift and help them channel healing and hold classes to help other in their development of Reiki, levels 1, 2, and Masters.

Keely Warren. Yoga Therapist.

TK Principal & Registered Yoga Teacher 200/500/1000 Hour.

I have been working as an holistic therapist since 1997 after gaining a diploma in Acupressure and massage.
Ever since childhood I have been interested in holistic well-being, my mother introducing me to healing at an early age and over the years I have studied many different holistic therapies gaining Diploma’s in each discipline.I started working at Lavender Lodge Clinic and retreat centre in the family run complementary care business in Hacheston Suffolk.
The business grew quickly so we then moved into bigger premises nearby in Framlingham Suffolk.
I worked along side my mother (Tina) for seven years altogether. Lavender Lodge Clinic and retreat centre became the ‘Linden suite Company.’
During this time we taught; Aromatherapy massage. Reflexology, and Reiki, to those wishing to train as an holistic therapist.
I then branched out as an independent mobile therapist some years later when my mother (Tina) moved her business to the south of France.
I started practising yoga some years ago as I had been suffering with muscular pain in my back and neck due to a fall back in 1993. After a visit to my GP, I found out that I also had slight scoliosis in the top and bottom of my spine. I discovered yoga was fantastic, not only for my muscular problems, but for my whole well-being too.
My studies took a different path in 2002 when I started my training to become a Hatha yoga teacher. I have been teaching ever since! I now hold eight classes a week, which run seamlessly along with my other practised therapies.
Tina and myself have now come together to create TK yoga Retreat.
We run yoga courses, workshops, and teacher training in the UK, together with all of our holistic therapies.
Also on offer are our residential courses at our retreat in the south of France.
Lately, we have been busy putting together our distant learning courses, coming together in partnership where our extended knowledge base can be put into ‘Best Posible Practice’.
