Qi Gong & Tai Chi Teacher Training
Qi Gong /Tai Chi Teacher Training Course. Training Dates: 21st March – 28th March 2026
Our Program:
Approx 50 Hours of Intensive training in Qi Gong and 10 steps Tai Chi, learning the basics.
This is a Foundational Course. The practitioner will learn the ethics and history of both disciplines.
Your Learning will include:
How to incorporate the two disciplines as one beautiful meditative exercise activity, for healing and well-being.
How to teach the practices and explain what benefits derive from regular practice.
The course pays special attention to the meridians and soft organs of the body.
Breathing During Practice.
Adapting for Inclusiveness.
The Five elements.
The five animal frolics.
The Eight brocades./Silken Movements.
Thirty Plus Qi Gong Exercises.
How to Harmonise the Body through Qi Gong.
Ten Steps in Tai Chi.
Optional On-Line/own time Meditation Course.

Daily Schedule:
8am -12 noon. Practical Training
12 noon – 1 pm. Lunch Break
1pm – 3pm. Theory and Anatomy and Physiology
3pm – 4pm. Recap and discussion on evening studies
These times may vary slightly as we are very student led in approach.
​Meals are all Vegan:
We do not allow any meat products on site during training. We also ask for any special dietary requirements to be advised before commencement of training please.
​Accommodation:
Our shared accommodation sleeps 4 students in private single rooms. The accommodation is fully equipped with dish washer and washer/dryer. Cooking facilities. Bedding and Towels. (You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer).
​Location:
Situated in a quiet location surrounded by fields and nature. There is a tennis court on site. Church Farm is a just a five minute drive from the studio. You don’t need a car unless you prefer to travel to us by car, there is plenty of free parking both at the accommodation and close by the Studio.
Accreditation:
This course is accredited by IPHM and World Yoga Alliance. You can start teaching as soon as you have graduated from the course.

We positively encourage mature students to train as teachers, we have no upper age limit. We do ask that our students are at least 18 years of age.

What is not included:
Travel to and from the course. Insurance (We suggest BGi.com). Snacks and Personal Items.
What Shall I bring?
Loose clothing or Yoga Gear. Warm socks. A warm sweater or two. Walking boots if you like to walk or hike. Warm coat. Perhaps Jeans or trousers/ lounge wear. Pen and notepad. Snacks. Personal items. Washing powder. Perhaps some spending money in-case you want to eat out one evening, or buy speciality coffee from the bistro. A yoga mat if you have one (although we are not mat based during the training you may want to stretch out, do some yoga)

​Will I get some free time?
The course is intensive in essence. You will be with the main teacher(s) for the expected training daily hours. Approximately around 7 hours daily. There may be some evening work to complete. The rest of the time is free time.
What to do in and around Framlingham:
Framlingham is an historical Town with its own Castle on the Hill. A beautiful Mere and lots of Bistro Cafes.
Close by we have Aldeburgh and Snape, famous for beautiful Music and Arts and Crafts.
Southwold, Blythburgh and Dunwich Beaches are not so very far away by car.
Suffolk is a very beautiful county and steeped in history.
