An Intensive, practical, hands on Yoga Teacher Training course. three weeks of total immersion into the life of a practciing Yogi.
During your Three weeks stay you will not only learn the essential elements of teaching yoga as a profession, Alignment, Meditation and Mindfulness, but also how to Assess, Monitor, and Celebrate your own students outcomes.You will experience and learn how to create a nurturing and inclusive environment, in which your students will feel safe and secure. Design lesson plans that flow, and learn to effectively deliver training.
Although both Tina and Keely teach predominately Hatha, they also incorporate all styles of Yoga into the teachings. This enables the student to find their own preference and yogic path.
