A Masterclasss in Pilates as devised by Joseph Pilates, whose methods in physical training and wellbeing are known the world over. Joseph Pilates believed that building a strong core and robust stamina helped cure many ails and brought about a more aligned postural experience. Good posture brings about an array of wellbeing and correction, especially relevent in these sedantary times. The workshop Masterclasses are 2 x 2 hours in duration, with the opportunity to attend 6 x 1 hour follow up classes.
