A Masterclasss in Pilates as devised by Joseph Pilates, whose methods in physical training and wellbeing are known the world over. Joseph Pilates believed that building a strong core and robust stamina helped cure many ails and brought about a more aligned postural experience. Good posture brings about an array of wellbeing and correction, especially relevent in these sedantary times. The workshop Masterclasses are held over two days. (Saturday and Sunday). We commence at 10 am - 6 pm each day.
